Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for paid services on Intern2Hub, operated by Veridant AI Solution Private Limited. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce regulations in India.

3. Paid Services (Course Enrollments)

Students pay a one-time enrollment fee to access employer-created courses. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Revenue sharing: Intern2Hub retains 30% of each course enrollment fee as a platform commission. The employer receives 70%. Refunds are processed from the full amount paid by the student.

4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

4.1 Eligible for Full Refund

• Cancellation within 7 days of first payment
• Course content not yet accessible despite payment
• Technical issues preventing course access for more than 48 hours
• Duplicate charges or payment errors
• Course materially different from its listed description

4.2 Eligible for Partial Refund

• Cancellation after 7 days but before 50% of course content is accessed
• Partial service delivery issues beyond our control

4.3 Not Eligible for Refund

• More than 20% of course content accessed before refund request
• Requests made after 30 days from purchase
• Account termination due to policy violations
• Change of mind after significant course usage
• Free courses or services

5. How to Request a Refund

Step-by-Step Refund Process

1. Email Request: Send your refund request to info@intern2hub.com
2. Subject Line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"
3. Include: Order ID / Transaction Reference, Date of purchase, Course name, Reason for refund, Registered email address
4. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Note: UPI payments may be refunded faster (2–3 business days). International cards may take up to 15 business days.

7. Cancellation by Intern2Hub

We reserve the right to cancel an enrollment or account if:

• Fraudulent payment or misrepresentation is detected
• The user violates our Terms of Service
• The course is removed from the platform by the employer

In the case of course removal by an employer, a prorated refund will be issued based on unused content.
